National Chamber of Entrepreneurs to represent interests of Kazakhstan business in EEU Court
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan will represent the interests of the businessmen of the country in the EEU Court, the website of the Entrepreneurs Chamber informs.
As earlier reported, the Eurasian Economic Union came into force on January 1, 2015. According to the norms of the Agreement of the EEU, it was noted that all authorized bodies and organizations of the member states can apply to the EEU Court for consideration of a dispute or for an explanation. Presently, the state bodies of Kazakhstan are developing a draft law determining all the state agencies authorized to apply to the EEU Court on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan. "In this regard, the National Entrepreneurs Chamber was elected to be the authorized body from Kazakhstan to represent the interest of business entities of the country in the EEU Court," the press release reads.
