National Fund allots 6 bln tenge for increasing exploration work
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The National Fund of Kazakhstan will allocate 6 billion tenge for increasing exploration activities in prospective areas, this has been announced today by deputy chairman of the Committee for Geology and Subsoil under the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies Yerlan Baytukbayev.
According to his words, 1 billion tenge of the finances is the state task. Remaining 5 billion tenge in 2015 will be spent for regional geophysical survey - 1,167,471 thousand tenge, solid minerals exploration - 1,672,912 thousand tenge, hydrocarbon exploration - 2092486 thousand tenge, solid minerals greenfield exploration - 396 771 thousand tenge, as well as geothermal water exploration - 670 000 thousand tenge.
