National Kurultai working sections convene in Kazakh capital

The sessions of the working sections of the National Kurultai (Ulttyq Qurultay), including Civil Society, Culture. Art. Spirituality, and Education and Science took place in the Kazakh capital, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Akorda press service.

Assistant to the President of Kazakhstan for Domestic Policy and Communication Ruslan Zheldybay, Culture and Information Minister Aida Balayeva and Science and Higher Education Minister Sayasat Nurbek moderated the event. Besides, Enlightenment Minister Gani Beissembayev took part in the work of the sections.

State Councillor Yerlan Karin said the key priorities of the National Kurultai for 2025 were outlined by the Head of State in his interview with Ana Tili newspaper this January and his speech at the extended meeting of the Government. He stressed the significance of the reforms carried out in Kazakhstan.

Those present debated the progress of the development of initiatives and suggestions of the members of the National Kurultai, put forward recommendations in the spheres of strengthening consolidation and civil society, human rights protection, cultural and spiritual development and solution of social issues.
