National Platform of ?Nur Otan? aims at implementation of President?s ideas: roundtable in Astana

ASTANA. January 23. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ ?Nur Otan? People?s Democratic Party holds a roundtable on National Platform of ?Nur Otan? and formation of competitive nation in Astana today, Kazinform correspondent reports. The event was organized within organizational events, dedicated to the forthcoming forum of deputies-members of ?Nur Otan? party.

Taking the floor Director of the Institute of parliamentarism of ?Nur Otan? party Zhanargul Kusmangaliyeva noted that one of the strategic tasks set in the President?s Message was improvement of competitiveness of the country. ?Our platform targets on implementation of these ideas. This document covers all the spheres of life of a person and society and promotes strengthening statehood?, she highlighted. Citing the Head of the State Zh. Kusmangaliyeva noted, ?The term ?Kazakhstan nation? should be understood in civic context, not in ethnic one?. ?The point at issue is a unified civil community of the nation?, she added. ?The global economic crisis challenges us, tests us for viability, stability of Kazakhstan?s development and unity of its people. It is evident that we need to concentrate our efforts and mobilize the society under the present conditions?, Zh. Kusmangaliyeva said.
