NATO pays much attention to upcoming OSCE Summit in Astana

BRUSSELS. October 25. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev invited NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen to take part in the OSCE Summit in Astana on December 1-2. The Head of the State said it upon the completion of the negotiations with Mr. Rasmussen in Brussels.

'I would like to note that the NATO's leadership pays much attention to the upcoming Summit of the Organization that is to be held on December 1-2. I invited Mr. Rasmussen to take part in the Summit personally', N. Nazarbayev emphasized.

Besides, the Head of the State noted that the event was considered as substantial contribution of Kazakhstan to strengthening of common security.
