Nazarbayev and Putin discuss G20 Leaders' Summit agenda in telephone talk

ASTANA. July 31. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has had a telephone talk with the Russian leader Vladimir Putin today, Kazinform refers to Akorda's press service.

In the course of the conversation the presidents discussed some aspects of bilateral relations as well as implementation of the agreements in the sphere of development of integration processes.

Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin also touched upon the key issues of the G20 Leaders' Summit agenda, set to be held in St. Petersburg in early September.

The talks focused of the perspectives of interregional cooperation as well, including the agenda of the SCO Summit that is expected to take place in Bishkek this year.

In conclusion, the sides agreed it is necessary to boost interaction between the two states in bilateral and regional formats.
