Nazarbayev and Xi open constituent meeting of Kazakh-Chinese Business Council

ASTANA. September 7. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev greeted the participants of the constituent meeting of the Kazakh-Chinese Business Council.

"Dear participants of the meeting, ladies and gentlemen! I would like to note that Kazakhstan highly appreciates China as a reliable business partner and a good neighbor", Nazarbayev said.

Kazakh President also noted that since the beginning of the establishment of diplomatic relations, Kazakhstan and China have achieved significant results in bilateral economic cooperation.

"Last year mutual trade turnover between the two states reached USD 24 billion", he noted.
