    BERLIN. February 8. KAZINFORM /Marlan Zhiembay/ The conceptual framework of Kazakhstan's foreign policy is its balance and consistency.

President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said at the opening ceremony of the Eurasian Club in Berlin.

"We develop strategic cooperation with Russia, the US, China as well as the European Union, the trade turnover with which exceeded USD 50 billion last year," the Head of State said.

The President informed that our country is the only one in Central Asia, which adopted "Path to Europe" state program and successfully implemented it. In 2008 a Forum of foreign ministers of more than 60 countries in a format of "the Muslim world-West" was held in Astana.

"On May 30-31, 2012, the 4th Congress of leaders of world and traditional religions will be held in the capital of Kazakhstan," the President noted.
