Nazarbayev: France Foreign Minister's visit shows that bilateral relations strengthen
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that the visit of the French Foreign Minister demonstrated the high pace of bilateral relations' strengthening.
"Cooperation of our countries is developing dynamically. France is one of the largest investors among the EU countries. Currently we are implementing 25 joint projects in different spheres and perspectives of bilateral cooperation's development are very big," the Kazakh President said.
The Kazakh leader also mentioned productive work within the Nazarbayev - Hollande bilateral commission, and that it should continue.
The French Foreign Minister thanked Nursultan Nazarbayev and extended cordial greetings from the French leader Mr.Hollande.
"Today, France and Kazakhstan share stance on a number of issues, as our countries are striving for peace and sustainable development," L.Fabius stressed.
Minister Fabius said that the visit to Kazakhstan was aimed at further strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation, implementation of previous agreements in various fields.
Besides, issues of trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries were taken into consideration and the sides exchanged views on a wide range of international issues, as well as on regional and global security during the meeting.
