Nazarbayev held bilateral meetings with heads of leading economic associations, banks and companies of Germany

At a meeting with the Kazakh President Ulrich Grillo, the vice president of the German industry association BDI, Gerhard Schroeder, the former German chancellor and Chairman of the supervisory board of Nord Stream, as well as Peter Tils, Karl-Friedrich Rausch, Georg Denoke, board members of Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Bahn (the German National Railways), Linde AG respectively, expressed their vision and conceptual ideas on further strengthening and development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two states.
The heads of German companies noted protection of rights and interests of business in Kazakhstan ensured by the state, which is connected with the state policy conducted in the country that leads to mitigation of the investment climate.
The President, in turn, thanked the heads of the German companies for cooperation. The Head of State called to use the current reserves and potential of interaction more actively. There are great opportunities within the framework of the state program of forced industrial innovative development. The state renders support to foreign investors.
