Nazarbayev, Medvedev held bilateral talks in Moscow
SCOW. November 18. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev held bilateral meeting in the Moscow's Kremlin.
Medvedev noted the two sides attached great importance to the negotiations on the further integration. He thanked Nazarbayev for the visit to Moscow.
In his turn, the Kazakh leader emphasized that the process of establishing the Customs Union was launched five years ago and 'now the Union yields significant benefits for the participating countries.' On the whole, the trade turnover of the three states increased by 40 percent.
"Now we enter the next stage of integration. And today, we will consider the establishment of the Commission of the Single Economic Space. The documents and agreements will lead to a practical establishment of the SES with an opportunity to found Eurasian Economic Union," Nazarbayev added.
