Nazarbayev: No one imposes integration process on Kazakhstan

"In fact, it's me who initiates integration processes in the post-Soviet space," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
As the President noted, though Kazakhstan is ninth in the world by land area, its population is fewer than in many countries, the economy is also small. "However, we can be proud that following the results of 2012 by the volume of industrial output of more than 200 billion dollars we will enter the 50 countries of the world," he said.
"Two hundred billion is only the start; we must produce for three hundred and four hundred billion. So in order to sell it (production) we need integration," Nursultan Nazarbayev emphasized.
"If we sell products, so companies produce, and if the companies produce then people work, get paid, rise production volumes, and pay taxes. That is the essence of integration," the President resumed.
