He noted that President Nazarbayev was an initiator of such prestigious forums as the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, the Congress of leaders of world and traditional religions. N.Nazarbayev is a difference maker in the promotion of global nuclear disarmament. According to the Chinese diplomat, through President Nazarbayev, Kazakhstan won the broadest worldwide fame. Cheng Guoping noted, that this film will let the viewers to get to know the way of President Nazarbayev's achieving of personhood as well as it will give chance to learn more about the history and national traditions of Kazakh people. Giving a speech, director of the Russian Cultural Center Victor Konnov noted that screening of the film in the Russian Cultural Center helps to strengthen cultural ties and friendship on the CIS area.
