Nazarbayev offers condolences to U.S. over school shooting
ASTANA. December 15. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a telegram of condolence to President of the U.S. Barack Obama today on the occasion of the deadly shooting at a primary school where a gunman killed 20 children and six adults, the presidential press service reports.

The Head of the State and the whole nation are deeply saddened by the news of the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut that took lives of innocent people, mainly children, the telegram says.
"On behalf of the nation, please accept my heartfelt condolences and pass them to the families and relatives of the victims. Our thoughts and prayers go out to people of the United States," the telegram reads.
