Nazarbayev, Putin and Lukashenko discuss coordination of actions after Russia put food import embargo against a number of Western countries

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus have discussed by telephone the coordination of actions after Russia put food import embargo against a number of Western countries, this was reported by the press service of the President of Russia.

Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko and Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed various aspects of integration and cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union including the coordination of trade and economic partnership in the light of the decisions taken to limit the import to the Russian territory of certain types of agricultural raw materials and food from the EU, USA and other countries. During the exchange of views on the development of crisis in Ukraine Presidents highlighted the need for constructive collaboration in different formats in order to facilitate ceasefire and launch a real political intra-Ukraine dialogue.
