Nazarbayev: relations of Kazakhstan and Russia - example of cooperation of two partners
MOSCOW. March 17. KAZINORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ The interstate bilateral relations of Kazakhstan and Russia are an example of effective cooperation for the benefit of the two countries. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has made it public today at the meeting with his Russian colleague D. Medvedev.
"I believe there are no problems in the interstate bilateral relations of Kazakhstan and Russia. This is an example of how allies, neighbors and partners should communicate for the benefit of our people," the Head of State noted.
N.Nazarbayev emphasized the necessity of holding bilateral consultations on a wide range of international issues, including the events in North Africa, food and information security.
The Kazakh President also stressed the importance of such upcoming events as the anniversary meeting within the SCO in Astana, interregional forum of Russia and Kazakhstan in Astrakhan and the 20th anniversary of the CIS.
