Nazarbayev sent greetings to newly-elected Chinese President Xi Jinping
The Head of State wholeheartedly congratulated Xi Jinping on being elected the
President of the People's Republic of China.
The Kazakh leader noted that was a recognition of Xi Jinping's managerial experience and the result of hard work to improve prosperity of Chinese people and develop the Communist Party of China.
"I am confident under your leadership the party will lead China to the new horizons of socioeconomic development and strengthen the country's authority in the international arena," the telegram reads.
Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed China was an important strategic ally of Kazakhstan.
"I truly believe that effective cooperation between our countries will continue to thrive for the benefit of our nations.
I wish you good health and productive efforts to promote the welfare of Chinese people," the telegram concludes.
