Nearly $ 20,000 in undeclared currency seized from Kyrgyz citizen

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan border guards have prevented smuggling of undeclared currency, the press service of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported.

Kordai border control officers together with customs officers have detained a 42-year-old citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, who was moving from Kazakhstan by "Toyota Estima" car. In the car officers found USD 19, 400, KZT 112 600 and 3,140 KGS. The investigation is underway.
