Necessary to develop legislation on corporate conflicts - Kazakh Supreme Court Chairman
It's no coincidence that during the recent hotline with the President of Kazakhstan the question concerning incidents of corporate raid was one of the most topical among the questions of legal character. The President once again reminded about this problem at the Congress of Judges.
Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Mussabek Alimbekov touched upon this theme in his speech during the Congress as well. He said that extremely liberal conditions of creation and functioning of business entities lead to multimillion contracts with fly-by-night companies and subsequent complaints against virtually existing entities.
"It is evident that without the law on corporate conflicts reflecting possible subjects of legal relations, matter in dispute and responsibility of state bodies for interference into the activities of commercial organizations the number of legal controversies will not decrease", A. Alimbekov stressed.
