New Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Bulgaria appointed

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM By a Presidential decree, Temirtay Izbastin has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Bulgaria, Kazinform learnt from the Akorda press service.
