New board chairman of Science Fund JSC named

Kamil Akatov has been named the new chairman of the board of the Science Fund JSC of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency reports. 

Born in 1991 in Zhambyl region, he is a graduate of the University of Wollongong, Kazakh University of Technology and Business, and Astana IT University.

Prior to his current appointment, Akatov was the vice minister of science and higher education of Kazakhstan.
