New chairman of Kazenergy Association named

Magzum Mirzagaliyev has been appointed as the chairman of the Association of Oil/Gas and Energy Sector Organizations of Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The relevant decision was taken at the sitting of the Council of Kazenergy on December 8 in Almaty, it said in a statement.

Former Chairman Timur Kulibayev headed the association since its foundation in 2005.

Mirzagaliyev born on November 7, 1978. He is a graduate of the Turan University, the Diplomatic Academy of the Foreign Ministry, the Yessenov Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering.
