New Chairperson of Justice Ministry’s Department for Intellectual Property Rights named

By order of the Minister of Justice, Sholpan Abdreyeva was appointed as the Chairperson of the Department for Intellectual Property Rights, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Sholpan Abdreyeva was born in Astana in 1975. She graduated from the Adilet Law Academy and the University of Turin in Italy.

She started her career in 1994 at the Akmola people’s court.

Throughout her career she worked for the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms, Ministry of Energy, Industry and Trade, Ministry of Justice, Eurasian Patent Organization.

In 2023, he served as a judge of the Astana court.

Since May 2023, she was working as Director of the Department for Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice.
