First Deputy Prime Minister Bakytzshan Sagintayev was born in October 13, 1963 in Talas district of Zhambyl region. He graduated from the Kazakh State University. On January of 2013 appointed as First Deputy Prime Minister. Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development Gulshara Abdykalikova was born in 1965. Graduated from Dzhambul Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry, PhD in Economics. From November 2013 - Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. The newly appointed ministers: Minister of Culture and Sport Arystanbek Muhamediuly - born in February 11, 1963 in the village of Tuzdybastau of Talgarsky district, Almaty region.
