Kaissar Zhumabayuly named deputy chief of President's Executive Office's communications unit
Kaissar Zhumabayuly has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the Communications Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Prior to his appointment, he served as an advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chief inspector, and press secretary of the President's Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kaissar Zhumabayuly has considerable expertise in the domains of media and public relations. Throughout his career path, he has been employed by a number of esteemed publications and media outlets, including Almaty-based newspaper Stolichnoe Obozrenie (the Capital Review), Shahar media group, Kazakhstan Radio and Television Corporation, and JSC Khabar Agency.
In addition, he was employed in the public relations department of the investment and industrial corporation TSC-group. He served as a press secretary at the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development and as an advisor to the capital’s mayor. He was also the head of the Elorda Aqparat media resource of the capital's akimat. He also held the position of deputy head of the Center for Analysis and Forecasting of the Executive Office of the President, head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Center for Advanced Studies.
As reported earlier, former TURKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kasseinov was elected as the ICTMD ambassador.
