New details about Kazakhstanis killed in Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash emerge

Four Kazakhstanis killed in the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash on December 25 near Aktau were from the Mangistau region, Kazinform News Agency reports.

At a press briefing in Aktau it was revealed that four out of six victims of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash near Aktau were from the Mangistau region.

One victim was from the Kostanay region, and another one - from Astana.

Earlier it was reported that all six Kazakhstani nationals onboard the Azerbaijan Airlines plane died as a result of the plane crash near Aktau on December 25. 29 people reportedly survived in the crash. Black box of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane that crashed in Aktau was recovered.
