New Governor of Saran town, Karaganda rgn, named
KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM - A 39-year-old Anatoly Shkarupa has been appointed Governor of Saran town, Karaganda region, the press service of the regional administration reports.

"November 14 Nurmukhambet Abdibekov, Mayor of Karaganda region, held a meeting with the core group of Saran town. In connection with the submitted application Mukhtar Adambekov dismissed as mayor of the town. In agreement with the Administration of the President and with the consent of the members of the city maslikhat, the regional administration has appointed Anatoly Shkarupa to the post," the statement reads. A. Shkarupa was born in 1975. He graduated from the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications. From August 2013 Shkarupa served as the chairman of "Kazakhstan center for modernization and development of housing" JSC.
