New independent director of Kazakhstan Engineering named

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kenes Rakishev is appointed an independent director of National Company Kazakhstan Engineering, the company's press release reads.

Bakhytbek Baiseitov, Rashit Makhat, Kenes Rakishev were appointed new members of the board of directors. NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC is a holding company focusing on the development, manufacturing and servicing of goods for defence, oil and gas, railway, aviation, ship transportation, agricultural and energy and power sectors. It is owned by Samruk-Kazyna.
