New Orthodox Church opened in Petropavlovsk

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM - The new Orthodox Church opened in Petropavlovsk.

Bishop Vladimir sanctified the biggest bell of the church in front of the parish.

"Orthodox Christianity has played an important role in strengthening of high spiritual ideals, multiplying of cultural and historical heritage of our state for a long period. I am confident that opening of the church is another contribution to the future of the region and its culture and for our next generations," head of the region Erik Sultanov said.
