New vice minister of water resources and irrigation of Kazakhstan named

Kazakhstan has appointed Yrbolat Ibraikhanov as the new vice minister of water resources and irrigation, Kazinform Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh government. 

Newly-appointed vice minister of water resources and irrigation Yrbolat Ibraikhanov is to be responsible for the matters of tariff policy and construction.

Born in 1981, Yrbolat Ibraikhanov graduated from the Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, University of Nottingham, Public Administration Academy under the Kazakh President.

His previous post was the deputy governor of Zhambyl region.

Earlier it was reported that new key appointments had been made at the Kazakh Agency on Financial Monitoring.
