No Kazakhstanis contracted Ebola virus in Africa, MFA
ASTANA. KAZINFORM There are no cases of infection with Ebola virus among the Kazakhstanis and Kazakh diplomats in Africa, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said.

There are two diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan in Egypt and the Republic of South Africa that are situated far from the Ebola-stricken countries. The virus is known to be transmitted among humans through close and direct physical contact with infected bodily fluids. To the best of our knowledge and belief neither Egypt nor the Republic of South Africa reported suspected cases of Ebola infection so far, the Foreign Ministry told Kazinform Agency.
