No Kazakhstanis injured in fire at ski resort in Türkiye
The Kazakh Foreign Ministry confirmed no Kazakhstanis were injured in the fire that broke out at the ski resort in Bolu province, Türkiye, Kazinform News Agency reports.
As earlier reported, the fire erupted at the 12-storey Grand Kartal hotel at 03:27 pm local time on Tuesday. 234 guests were staying at the hotel. The blaze killed 76 people and injured 51 more.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan extended condolences to the bereaved families.
As written before, Türkiye declared a day of national mourning on Wednesday over the deadly fire in Bolu province.
