Norway promotes nuclear non-proliferation in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. May 7. KAZINFORM Norway plans to conduct a seminar on nuclear non-proliferation in Kazakhstan, Kazakh MFA's official spokesperson Altay Abibullayev has told a briefing today.

"State Secretary of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Torgeir Larsen will pay a visit to Kazakhstan on May 8 to meet with Foreign Affairs Minister of the country Yerzhan Kazykhanov and representatives of ministries and agencies. The parties are thought to discuss perspectives of strengthening the bilateral cooperation," A. Abibullayev noted.

The Norwegian side together with the National Nuclear Center intends to conduct a seminar on nuclear non-proliferation.
