Murat Baimakhanov (1933-2022) – academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, academician of the Academy of Natural Sciences, laureate of Shokan Ualikhanov Prize. Vice Rector, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Kainar University (1996-2002), Chief of the School of Theory and History of State and Law at the Kazakh State University of Law (2005-2008), Director of the Legal Studies and Analysis Institute at the Kazakh State University of Law (from 2008). Author of more than 300 publications, including 20 manuscripts. He was actively involved in creating the Constitution of Kazakhstan and the draft law on public administration agencies.
Bazarbay Zhumaniyazov (1936-2015) – composer, honored worker of art of Kazakhstan, people’s artist of Kazakhstan, Director of the Abai Kazakh Theatre of Opera and Ballet (1984-1987), 1st Secretary of the member of the board of the Union of Composers (1991-1998).
