Born in Kyzylorda, he graduated from the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Institute.

Aslan Syzdykov (1987) – director for legal affairs at Agromashholding kz.

Born in Kyzylorda region, he graduated form the Gumilyev Eurasian National University, Dulati Kostanay Engineering and Economic University, received his master’s degree from the Ural State Law University.
