Adil Tuleushev (1951) is a merited worker of the atomic industry of Kazakhstan. Ph.D. in Engineering Science, corresponding member of the National Academy of Engineering of Kazakhstan.
Authored more than 140 scientific papers, including 42 patents of Kazakhstan, 33 patents of Russia, 22 articles and 39 reports.
Under the leadership of Tuleushev, there were developed and conducted research into effective technologies for reducing the risk of exposure to radiation-hazardous objects and territories, as well as peaceful nuclear explosions sites and historical environmental pollution.
Sagyndyk Lukpanov (1960) is the Deputy of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament, member of the Economic Policy, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship Committee.
Born in Atyrau region is a graduate of the Guryev Railroad College and the Almaty Institute of Market under the Kazakh State Academy of Administration.
Prior to the appointment held posts of the 1st deputy governor of Atyrau region, managing director of KPI Inc LLP.

Gulnara Dusmatova (1964) is a film actress, member of the Kazakhstan Cinematographers Union, and People’s Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Born in 1964 in Almaty city is a graduate of the Kirov Kazakh State University.
Throughout her cinematographic career of 30 years, she starred in over 20 films and the first Kazakhstani TV series.
Rakhymzhan Isakulov (1987) is the chief of staff of the Kazakh Industry and Construction Ministry.
Graduated from the Royal Holloway, University of London, the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies.
Throughout his career he served at the Presidential Administration, advisor to the Kazakh Information and Social Development Minister, chief of staff at the Kazakh Information and Social Development Ministry.

Sabina Altynbekova (1996) is a Kazakh volleyball player, member of the national team of Kazakhstan.
She was born in Aktobe.
Has been playing for Almatinochka-Almaty Volleyball Club.
Sabina Altynbekova made a transfer to the UAE volleyball club Al Wasl in 2019, finishing 5th in the Arab Clubs Championship.
In 2020, she signed with the Italian club VolAlto 2.0 Caserta to play in the Italian Serie A2.
In 2021, she returned to the UAE and the team Al Wasl and became champion of the division in 2022/2023.
