Nurly Kosh program to cover 30% of repatriates settled in northern areas by 2015
ASTANA. December 22. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Today at the Government's session Labor and Social Protection Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova has informed of development of a new strategy of improvement of the migration legislation which targets on socio-economic development, realization of the country's geopolitical interests and ensuring national consolidation and security.

The strategy provides for definition of three categories of labor migrants who will enjoy differentiated standards of employment and labor activity.
30% of repatriates who are settled in northern areas will be covered with Nurly Kosh state program while in 2020 this figure is planned to rise up to 50%, the Minister added.
