Nursultan Nazarbayev awards Cultural Contribution Scholarships

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev by his Order awarded the 2017 State Cultural Contribution Scholarships, the press service of Akorda says.

"To award the 2017 State Cultural Contribution Scholarship of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Yelbasy in accordance with the Annex to this Order. To publish this Order in the mass media," the document reads.
