Writer, akyn, director, playwright, film actor and TV host Bayangali ALIMZHANOV was born in 1954 in Kokshetau region. He is a graduate of the Kazakh State University. throughout his career he worked at the Sabit Mukanov Museum, Qazaq adebieti and other newspapers and magazines. He also penned scripts for many films and documentaries as well as plays that were staged at theaters across Kazakhstan.

Director of the Public Fund “Social Problems Analysis Center” Meruert MAKHMUTOVA was born in 1963 in Semipalatinsk region. She graduated from the Kirov Kazakh State University and the Higher National School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She started her career as a teacher of Physics at a secondary school in 1985. She then worked for Economy Institute of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and became an expert of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other international organizations. She took up her recent post in 2001.

Chief medical officer of the Unitary Enterprise based on the Right of Economic Management “Municipal polyclinic №5” of Astana city Altynshash TABULDINA was born in 1968. She is a graduate of the Tselinograd State Medical Institute. She dedicated her career to medical sphere. She was appointed to her recent post in June 2007.

Head of the Office of Astana’s mayor Daulat YESHKEYEV was born in 1975. He graduated from the Karaganda State University and the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyaz. Throughout his career he worked in customs authorities and Karaganda regional administration. He was designated to his recent post in February 2023.

Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Saint Petersburg Bauyrzhan DOSSMANBETOV was born in 1977. He is a graduate of the Kazakh State Law University and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2001 and served at the Kazakh embassies in the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Azerbaijan. He took up his recent post in May 2019.
