Abdizhamil Nurpeissov (1924-2022) – Soviet and Kazakh writer, public activist, political writer, people’s writer of Kazakhstan, member of the Union of USSR and Kazakhstan Writers. Author of world-famous Kan men Ter (Blood and Sweat) trilogy.
