Nurzhan Otarbayev (1972) – director of the Republican Center of Air Ambulance.

He graduated from the Akmola State Medical Academy, earned an MBA degree, holds a PhD degree.

Yernat Bazil (1978) – mayor of Taldykorgan city.

Born in Zhambyl region, he is a graduate of the Kazakh State Architecture Construction Academy, Dulati Taraz State University.

He was appointed to his current post in July 2023.
