Old woman held in slavery for 5 months in Akmola rgn

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In Akmola region a 54-year-old woman was held in slavery for 5 months, the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs reported.

According to the victim, a resident of the village called Makinsk, born in 1979, forcibly kept her in slavery. He forced the woman to work for free. Criminal case has been initiated. The investigation is underway.
