Only court to verdict the NAE head’s guilt
"I know Talgat quite well and it is known that NAE is a reputed player on the service market. Only investigation and trial will reveal all that really happened"- said the head of the Astana Protection Association of Entrepreneurs Pavel Kazantsev. Earlier it became known that the president of the Kazakhstan National Association of Entrepreneurs Talgat Akuov was put on the wanted list because of a large debt to an entrepreneur, Nikolai Khan. Therefore, a lawman of Auezov territorial department seized NAP cash on banks accounts. In turn, reporters of "Kazinform" were confirmed that the NAE did borrow money from N.Kan for 5 years period. But N.Kan asked the money ahead of time, and the organization could not give the total sum at once. Therefore, a trial was held, and on the court's verdict the NAE pays 46,574,432 tenge without delay. For 30 months, the organization has already has paid more than 50 % of the amount: 24,833,000 tenge and there is not violation of the legal case. The NAP representatives promise that T.Aukov will soon speak at the briefing to finally clear out the situation. These days he is in the hospital after some serious surgery.
