The delegation also included the deputy Supreme Mufti of SDMK Serikbai Oraz, Acting Head of the Department of Hajj department Kanat Bekzhanov and Assistant Grand Mufti Burhanuddin Abdulhakim.

The delegation was met by the Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) in Jeddah Bakhyt Batyrshaev and the Consuls of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Kazybek Batyr and Omar Mustafin.

Верховного муфтия Казахстана The main agenda of the visit was the discussion of the organization of the forthcoming Hajj.
On March 4, in the Mecca there was a meeting of the Kazakh delegation with the representative of the Ministry of Hajj Hassan bin Hatim Qadi. During the meeting, Hatim bin Hassan Qadi drew attention to the following questions:
1. Monitoring of compliance with the purity of pilgrims in Mecca and Medina;
2. Monitoring of compliance with the precautionary approach;
3. Monitoring of compliance with health
4. Monitoring the performance of the tawaf al-IFAD

The last point is due to the fact that many pilgrims perform tawaf forgetting al-IFAD, or make it out of time.
Another important problem is the loss of money and personal effects by pilgrims in the Al-Haram, which was the reason for the prohibition of carrying large sums in the mosques.

The sides have also discussed issues of observing monitoring for women who have to make the Hajj with the people who are mahrams for them (i.e, out of close relatives). For safety reasons, it is recommended to buy Zam Zam water not on the street, but in the designated areas..

On March 5, the delegation had a talk with the head of the trade union of transport Abduh Ben Ahmed Yamani, Director of the Department for Transportation of pilgrims from Turkey, Europe, Australia and America Tariq Mohammed Ben Abdullah Ankavi.

Верховного муфтия Казахстана Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan highlighted the following issues:
1. Single registration of Kazakh pilgrims;
2. Gathering of Kazakh pilgrims in one place in Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat;
3. Providing tents in the valley of Mina;
4. Diversion of special places in Jeddah airport for the Kazakh hajj mission;
5. Granting a place along the main road in Muzdalifah;
6. Prohibition of registration of private pilgrims to the place where there are registered pilgrims of Kazakhstan.

Since the dispersion of firms in several sectors is great difficulty in carrying out daily monitoring and providing health care to pilgrims, the Head of the Department reacted with understanding to the voiced issues in the future and promised to take them into account.

March 6, the delegation met with the representative of the Office of the reception of pilgrims in Jeddah Farouk Yahya Bukhari and board member of the Office of Ahmad Bakhsh. The same day, a meeting was held with the head of a national institution "Adilla" in the city of Medina, Yusuf Bin Ahmed Haualom, which reviewed the outcome of the pilgrimage in 2012, and discussed the proposals and demands to optimize the upcoming Hajj.

Last year the Ministry of Hajj of Saudi Arabia Kingdom allocated 5500 quotas for Kazakhstan. This year the number of allowances remains the same.

Mutual understanding have been reached on all matters and readiness for further cooperation in improving the quality of the hajj pilgrimage of Kazakhstan.
