OSCE must move from early prevention to early actions - PM of Netherlands Mark Rutte
ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The OSCE should move from early prevention to early actions. Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte has announced it at the OSCE Summit held in the Palace of Independence in Astana.
"We must match words with deeds. It is necessary to take responsibility for global security. It is crucial to adhere on specific approaches and strengthen work on consideration of the problems we face in Europe. We should agree on ambitious actions plan which will include all three dimensions of the OSCE. It is necessary to move from early prevention to early actions", M.Rutte said.
According to him, tragic situation in Kyrgyzstan is a warning signal that such large-scale conflicts are still possible.
