OSCE PA Bureau holds sitting in Astana

ASTANA. November 30. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Bureau of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly is holding a session at the Independence Palace in Astana now.

Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly Petros Efthimiou and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Kanat Saudabayev are expected to deliver speeches of welcome.

Treasurer of the Assembly Roberto Battelli and Secretary General R. Spencer Oliver are to inform the members of the Bureau of the current work. Discussion of the situation in Kyrgyzstan is on agenda of the session too. The participants will also hear the reports on participation of the PA delegation in the VII Summit of the OSCE and the activities of the Assembly scheduled for 2011.
