OSCE Summit in Astana to give new life to Organization - Luxembourg FM Jean Asselborn
The members of all 56 states should lay the foundation for new basis, principles and values, he said.
He thanked chairing in recent years countries for the efforts they put to reinforce the dialogue which was conducted through the Corfu process and made it possible to improve mutual understanding.
Jean Asselborn also expressed hope that necessary improvements and additions would be made to the Action Plan that he hoped was to be adopted at the summit for developing revival and image of the Organization.
He also said it was the first chairmanship by the country of the eastern part of the OSCE region and Kazakhstan led by example presiding in the OSCE.
Jean Asselborn also expressed gratitude to Kazakhstan for excellent Organization of the Summit and warm welcome and wished success to the next presiding country.
