Over 1 mln Kazakhstani pupils to participate in national games challenge

The challenge of the national games will be held simultaneously at all schools in Kazakhstan on November 17. The schoolchildren will play the Bes taban and Bes assyk national games, Kazinform Agency learnt from the Kazakh Enlightenment Ministry.

Its aim is to contribute to spiritual and moral, patriotic education, to preserve the country’s cultural heritage, and to promote the national games. This large-scale challenge is purposed to consolidate all educational facilities of Kazakhstan to instill a sense of pride among children in their country, values of the nation, and motherland and increase the interest in the history and culture of the Kazakh people.

Over one million Kazakhstani pupils are set to participate in the national games challenge.
