Over 4,000 attend 'Khan Sultan. Altyn Orda' opera in Türkiye
The Turkish city of Istanbul hosted the world premiere of 'Khan Sultan. Altyn Orda' opera staged by the Abai Kazakh National Theatre of Opera and Ballet to cerebrate 800 years since the formation of Ulus Jochi, Kazinform News Agency cites the Kazakh Culture and Information Ministry.

The opera relies on a team of famed scholars, specialists in the history of the Golden Horde such as Ilnur Mirgaleev, Ilyas Kemaloglu and Nurlan Atygayev, so as to ensure historical accuracy and more detailed descriptions.
A total of 4,080 visitors attended the opera performance in two days. 300 artists managed to create a unique atmosphere through live performances and dazzling stage effects, offering attendees to experience the formation of the Golden Horde, one of the powerful medieval states.
It’s worth noting that the premiere of the Khan Sultan. Altyn Orda opera took place on November 29-December 1 in Almaty.
