Over 60 new schools to be unveiled in Kazakhstan by Sep 1

This September schools will welcome 4.5 million pupils back to classes, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov told the Government meeting, Kazinform News Agency reports.

It is crucial to provide full readiness of the educational infrastructure and the entire educational process since it is an important move not only for pupils but also for their parents, the Prime Minister said.

He also announced 61 new schools will open their doors by September 1.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to ensure all security, sanitary and epidemiological, and fire-safety requirements at school buildings, classes and canteens, to provide high-speed internet, to equip classes, laboratories and gyms.
